New Office for eskimosoup

Hull-based creative marketing agency, eskimosoup has relocated to new premises in the Maltings to support the company’s continued expansion.

In a deal arranged by property management company, PPH Commercial, eskimosoup will move all operations to Silvester House, in the Maltings close to Hull New Theatre in Hull City Centre.

eskimosoup strengthened its capabilities in April 2008 when it merged with programming and web development specialists T Media. The merger created a company where the science of online technology meets the art of creative marketing communications.

The merger strengthened capabilities by bringing together eskimosoup’s creative communication of ideas, social interaction and emotion, with T Media’s technical solutions to communication challenges.

The company currently employs a team of 14 people. It is hoped that the additional space will benefit employees and visiting clients, as well support the company’s growth ambitions.

Marketing Director, John Gilbert said that the move was part of a programme of continual improvement in client care: “It’s important to us that we are approachable and that people want to come and see us. This move gives us a great opportunity to strengthen the brand experience you receive when working with us.”

Managing Director, Chris Middleton said: “One of the main reasons for the merger was to create a positive working environment where the creative team and the technical developers could produce innovations together to really benefit our clients.”

eskimosoup serves a portfolio of clients throughout the private, public and voluntary sector. As well as providing core marketing services, the company has developed specialist capabilities in the areas of mental health, worklessness and marketing for good.

The team has delivered multiple creative marketing projects over the past 12-months including running Hull Comedy Festival, social media marketing training, and the promotion of commercial and NHS campaigns via facebook and other social media.
